A quick, practical start on a calmer, more comfortable space.
In this 20-minute virtual check-in, Jen, founder of Innovative Living Solutions, helps you choose a starting direction for one space and the person who will use it. Everybody is different: some people prefer a quiet, low-light corner, others do better with music and room to move. Together we look at your photos, talk through what may suit the person you support, and pick a few simple first steps, using what you already have where possible. Jen brings over 20 years of experience as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner working with children, youth, adults and families, plus personal family caregiving experience.

Who is this session for?
Families, caregivers and professionals who want help planning a comfortable, organized space, at home or in a classroom, daycare or residence. You can book for your own space or for someone you support.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Your booking confirmation includes a Google Meet link that opens in your web browser. You don't need a Google account or any app.
Do I have to buy products?
No. We always start with free, no-cost ideas, and any product suggestions are optional.
What's the difference between this and the 30-minute session?
The Check-in is a short call to choose a direction and a few first steps. The 30-minute Supportive Space Session goes further, with a visual concept board of your room and a written, personalized plan (PDF).

Can I reschedule?
Yes. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
