Shipping policy

 

Section 1 – Order Processing Time All orders are processed by 1001673342 Ontario Inc. (doing business as Innovative Living Solutions) within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our authorized distribution centres located in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Section 2 – Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Canada Only) We offer free standard shipping on orders $100 CAD and over (before taxes). For orders under $100 CAD, a flat shipping rate of $10 CAD will be applied at checkout. We use reputable carriers (such as Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your products arrive safely.

Section 3 – Signature Requirement Due to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure you receive your order safely.

Section 4 – Remote Locations Shipping to remote areas (including but not limited to Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and certain non-metropolitan areas) may incur additional fees or may not be available. If your order requires special arrangements, we will contact you before processing.

Section 5 – PO Boxes We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

Section 6 – Order Status and Tracking When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
